DIY Paint Journal Poster

With my piece 'Life's Chroma' I painted a square every day for the year 2024. Once I finished it, I knew I was going to turn Life's Chroma into a template so others could try it too. Paint journaling is a great way to relax at the end of a long day, and you may see some patterns in your work that you were unaware of. Your squares can reflect travels, your favorite colors and patterns, and basically anything you see out in the world and want to remember by incorporating into your version of Life's Chroma.

Try to consistently paint a square every day, but if you don't get to it, it's totally ok to catch up on a square or two later on.
